Brush twice a day for 2 minutes using the ApaCare Sonic electric toothbrush (Clear or Sensitive programme) and ApaCare toothpaste. Gently place the brush against your teeth and gums – without applying pressure or scrubbing – and slowly clean tooth by tooth or section by section. Then clean between your teeth using ApaCare dental floss or interdental brushes. After brushing, swish ApaCare Oralactin mouthwash thoroughly around your mouth for 20–30 seconds and then spit it out. Do not rinse with water.
